Our promise to you: For over 64 years, Dundee Gardens has been pleased to offer exceptional products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (with receipt) within 21 days of purchase.

Returns and Refunds
Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Dundee Gardens, in salable condition and in its original packaging. 

A refund will only be issued when accompanied by its original Dundee Gardens receipt, and then only to its original method of payment, inclusive of all discounts. To receive credit to a credit card, the original credit card that was used for the purchase, along with the original Dundee Gardens receipt, must be present at the time of the return. Purchases made with a gift card/merchandise credit will be refunded by gift card only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

In store purchases will receive be issued a store credit. 

Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Dundee Gardens gift receipt and/or packing slip can be exchanged for product or merchandise credit only, to the value of the exchange inclusive of all discounts applied.  

Damaged product caused by improper usage and/or product broken either accidentally or during use will not be returned or replaced.

There are two ways to return merchandise to us. You can take it to our store in Hanover Township, PA or return it to us by mail. To return or exchange an item by mail, please email customer care at: info@dundeegardens.com

What if the item is damaged when I receive it?
All of our items are packaged with care to ensure that they will arrive undamaged. If you do receive a damaged item, save the damaged goods, the carton, and the packaging material. Email our customer care department immediately at info@dundeegardens.com, and we will arrange to have the item returned to us at no expense for you.

Can I return gifts that I receive?
If you are not completely satisfied with your gift, we will replace it, exchange it or give you a gift certificate for the value of the returned gift.

When making returns through the mail, please also note the following:
If you are sending a product back, you must contact Customer Care at info@dundeegardens.com for a return authorization number.

Please be sure to include the return authorization number (RA#). Packages without an RA# may be refused or returned to you.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Dundee Gardens. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.
